Ref. MoD/397384-096 Dear Candidate, Thank you for attending the interview with E-R at the Rennaissance London Heathrow Hotel. Executive Resourses were extremely pleased with both the interview and their subsequent vetting procedures, which they conduct on behalf of the United Nations, with whom they are contracted. You have been granted UN Security Clearance level 5, which equates to UK or US Top Secret. You are reminded that as the UK is a senior member of the UN, these proceedings are still covered by the OSA. Executive Resources is pleased to be able to offer you a preliminary contract with the company. Upon agreement E-R will pass a request on to the US Department of Defense (DoD) to have you vetted for the next level of security clearance, that is US TS or "Top Secret". For this to happen the DoD requires the agreement of all prospective candidates to being placed under US military law ( UCMJ) and sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. If you choose to decline there will be no further communications on the matter. If you agree to accept all the above be aware that a breech of security may involve prosecution in a US military court, with a potential sentence of 10 to 18 years in a maximum security United States Federal penitentiary. Finally if you accept, you will be provided with travel documents, and requested to make your own way to RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire, where you will be assigned transport to the US Air Force base at Groomlake (USA), to attend the next stage of your induction.
