Dear Candidate, We hope your flights to and from Groomlake, were not too inconveniant, and you are recovered from your experiences at our unique fasility there. Fortunately congratulations are in order, as you have successfullly passed the interviews, comprehensive background checks, polygraph tests, medicals, and psychological exsaminations required by this Department on behalf of the CONTACT Program. We trust in your complete understanding of the need for such vigorous procedures, and we have been assured by our medical staff that no permenant physiological damage has been done. Consequentially you have been granted the following US clearances:
With immediate effect Executive Resourses have been authorized to offer you a Tier 2 contract with the company, to provide support to the CONTACT Program. Note that this will NOT entitle you to full disclosure as to the precise nature of the Program, as this is covered by the need to know clause of your Preliminary E-R contract. However, your service providing support at Tier 2, will in the opinion of the five permenant members of the UN Security Council, who form Committee 78*, significantly contribute to its success, which is critical to our collective security. * The CONTACT Program Oversight Committee. Before accepting your position within Tier 2 of the program, we are required to advise you that service may demand of you actions that conflict with your personal ethics, moral code, and possibly the laws of the countries in which you will be required to operate. If you feel unable to accept these terms and conditions of service, then please "Decline" and there will be no further communications. However, you are reminded that not only have you signed the UK OSA-A78, you have also agreed to abide by regulations covered by the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and the Non Disclosure Agreement. Failiure to comply or any breech will result in prosecution under these contracts, Acts and regulations, resulting in a potential sentence of 30 to life in a maximum security United States Federal penitentiary. You may now wish to either decline or accept a Tier 2 contract, however: Finally, our staff were sufficiently impressed with your attitude, personal conduct and performance, during the vetting process, that we are please to inform you that E-R has also been authorized to offer you the opportunity to serve at Tier 1. Be aware that this is the most classified, dangerous and important service you will ever be asked to render. For this reason, it is imperitive that you fully comprehend the potential consequences of your decision to accept. if you choose to accept, any failiure to comply, breech, or unauthorized disclosure, may if deemed necessary, result in the invoking of Clause 735d of your Tier 1 contract, providing the authority to execute extra-judicial sanction without leave to appeal. Here then is your last chance to either back out altogether, accept a lesser role, or be fully inducted in to the CONTACT Program.
